ANS Control Comment Period Closed

USACE has closed the comment period for the: Inventory of Available Controls for Aquatic Nuisance Species of Concern – Chicago Area Waterway System (ANS Control Paper). The public comment period opened December, 21 2011 and closed February 17, 2012.

USACE asked interested members of the public to review the list of potential controls contained in the paper and provide information regarding ANS Controls that may be effective but not included in the paper or comments regarding ANS Controls listed in the paper. Comments were received via electronic submittal through the GLMRIS website and mail.

USACE will review these comments and will update and re-issue the ANS Control Paper in spring 2012. The updated, final paper will be posted to this website.
