NEPA Public Scoping Comments

USACE solicited public comment on the scope of the Great Lakes and Mississippi River Interbasin Study (GLMRIS) during the NEPA scoping period held between November 16, 2010, and March 31, 2011. The public submitted written comments via letters and through this Web site and presented oral comments at the NEPA public scoping meetings. These comments have been posted to this Web site. If comments were presented during a public scoping meeting, the search return will begin with the letter "T" for transcript. Upon selection of a "T" link, you will be linked to an Acrobat PDF file of the meeting transcript. You may then use Acrobat's search tool to locate the commenter's name/organization within the document.

If you are interested in viewing oral comments delivered at public scoping meetings, please search on the name or organization of the person delivering the comment, or on the meeting location.
